Practice Fields & Batting Cages

Practice Fields

There are several Stafford County parks within short driving distance of Chichester Park.  We are not reserving nor scheduling practice fields.  These fields are on a first come/first serve basis.  However, there is a possibility that some of these fields may have a Stafford Baseball League (SBL) all-star practice scheduled on them.  If a SBL all-star baseball team arrives for a practice, you will have to vacate the field.

Batting Cages

Chichester park has three batting cages.  One double-tunnel cage is located behind field # 4, another single-tunnel cage is located near the walk-way to field # 1.  We ask that teams be courteous.  Move your players through quickly.  Do not sit in cages to hold them, while you are waiting on your players.  Please give teams that are playing in the next game time slot priority.

There is an additional batting cage next to the high school softball field.  The high school is located right at the entrance to the park.  You may use the high school batting cage.  Please stay off the high school field.

All of the parks below have additional batting cages.
