Wednesday, July 5th
3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. – Teams must check in at Chichester Park with their tournament books. We will be located under the large pavilion located at the end of the parking lot. Be sure review the pre-arrival checklist and the MTIP for items you will need.
6:00 P.M. – Opening Ceremony – Teams must report in full game uniforms at 5:00 P.M. be ready to form up for parade of players no later than 5:30 P.M.
Thursday, July 6th
7:00 A.M. – Mandatory Coach’s Breakfast Meeting. At least one coach from each team is required to attend this mandatory meeting. All coaches are welcome. This meeting is for coaches only. Please do not bring players or parents. Breakfast will be served.
9:00 A.M. – Games begin. As we receive more information on the game schedule from BRL SE Region, we will update. Brackets (when posted by the SE Regional Commissioner) will be available for download here>>
