Thanks for Coming!

As the tournament is winding down, I just wanted to thank you all for visiting Stafford, Virginia.  I hope you all received the hospitality that you deserved.  Also, a special shout out to our grounds crew.  Stafford County Parks and Rec staff and our team of Stafford Baseball League volunteers performed nothing short of miracles  this week.  I don’t know what the exact amount of rainfall there was between Wednesday and Friday morning.  I do know that state highway route 1 was closed at one point because of flooding.  These boys had us on the fields ready play in short order.  The regional commissioner called them the, “best grounds crew in the universe.”  Way to go boys!
